Solutions fall into 2 broad categories - either changing the humans the question or removing them. Ranked from the worst to the best:
5 Trad separation of sexes
Monasteries were quite a good solution to the incel problem, literally locking the problematic ones away. Could be coupled with ‘Castratemaxxing’, as it was historically performed on occasions. It’s an often overlooked one, isn’t higher on the list because it isn’t very marketable, at least now.
4 Pink pill
That seems already underway, but has limited scalability - some are really resistant to put on the thigh highs. As such it would need to be coupled / substituted with other measures. As it’s already working it’s not interesting enough to be higher on the list
3 Trad marriage revival

The trads’ usual response to the question, an attempt to solve hypergamy. I say it doesn’t scale, as most women won’t reject what they feel as power in the current gender relations. Both the ability to stop an existing relation, and bargaining power in choosing the mate. It also treats only the symptoms of modern men being weak, doesn’t remove the cause, you simp.
2 Physical removal
After reaching a terminal age (30? 25?) and being a kissless virgin incels would be under monitoring to lessen the risk. Like permanent COVID restrictions, location tracking and all. Reminescent of the New England Puritan policy of ‘no bachelors living alone, uncontrolled’. They could either accept the monitoring forever, improve themselves to succeed at dating, or ‘quit for good’. The quitting could be enjoyable to them, like ‘smothered by mommy milkers. Or thighs’… That would be a spectacle broadcast online. Public executions used to be popular, that would be too.
1 Sexbots
Indisputable number 1. Simply pump up mass manufacturing to fill demand.
Just plainly make them happy men and docile citizens. Look what already other products have accomplished!
Chatbot functionalities can progressively improve their confidence and flirting skills, to the point of attraction of real women. Even if some of them would be determined to prepare a devious attack, robot itself could either notify the authorities in advance, or potentially even stop it during the act, if it comes to it.
1 Making gladiatoring a viable career
A lite version of the merc lif that BAP applauds, more approachable. Higher mortality rate and exercise solves the attractiveness problem, too.

Of course, once there is a blueprint—or even a sheaf of blueprints—for a next regime, it is much easier for the regime to change.
